Our Services

As a full service collection agency we offer commercial and retail debt recovery, skiptracing, business and UCC searches, field investigations, credit reporting, on line placement, business consulting, asset tracking, bi-lingual representatives and a full attorney network should your claim require suit.  With an inbound and outbound call center we can maximize recovery and streamline your accounts receivable management.  All moneys are cleared though a client trust account and we remit the Friday following 14 calendar days after deposit (foreign monies require additional time).

Document Imaging

All documents are scanned into our server upon receipt and are attached to corresponding files in a secure format.  By utilizing document imaging, you wont get asked for the same documents 3 or 4 months after placement which is common in the collection industry.  It is this type of cutting edge technology that separates National One from the rest.

Our Staff

National One Credit believes every client is important no matter the size of the claim.  Each of our collectors has a minimum of 10 years of collection experience and the skill and sensitivity required to effect collection in today's market.  Our collectors work on a commission basis, many from their home offices, and are well versed in business law and FDCPA requirements.  These individuals are hand picked for their ability to think outside the box and use their extensive experience to get you paid while preserving your relationship with the debtor so that you can retain them as clients.  Since our industry calls for continuing education and it is paramount that we be ahead of the curve, our staff is constantly tested on existing and changing laws and are required to attend weekly meetings (virtual or in-house).
